Step 1: Prepare the Lemon Seed

1. Start with a good quality lemon (preferably organic).

3. Remove any pulp and white pith, then rinse the seed thoroughly with warm water. Dry it completely.

Step 2: Soak the Seed

1. Fill a glass with non-carbonated water.
2. Drop the seed into the glass and let it soak for one hour.

Step 3: Wrap the Seed

1. Moisten a piece of paper towel and lay it flat.
2. Remove the seed from the water and place it on the wet paper towel.
3. Fold the towel over the seed several times to create a small packet.
