Why do cyclamen leaves turn yellow?
Cyclamen is a plant that is particularly resistant to cold. It flowers both in autumn and winter and its white, red or pink flowers are magnificent.
However, its leaves may appear discolored. This problem may be caused by a pot that is too small, poor watering, or a lack of necessary nutrients.
Watering plays a fundamental role in the appearance of the leaves, especially if the cyclamen is grown in a pot. Watering too frequently or too abundantly can damage the plant. And for good reason, this can cause the roots to rot, which over time damages its leaves which will start to yellow then turn brown. In this case, they will inevitably fall.
If the soil is always moist and does not dry out, mold and fungus may also appear on your plant. If this happens, you can try not watering the plant again until the soil is completely dry.
How to take care of a Cyclamen?

An excellent and effective solution in this case is to water the cyclamen using the immersion method. Place the pot in a basin with water for about ten minutes so that the soil absorbs the water it needs.
If the pot in which you grow the cyclamen is too small, the leaves will no longer be green but will tend to yellow. If the roots extend past the drainage holes, it means the plant doesn’t have enough space. In this case, you will need to immediately repot the plant into a taller and wider pot.
