Planting our plants upside down? This is an intriguing and unusual idea, but it’s a trend that’s starting to gain momentum. Inverted pots do not take up space on the floor or windowsill. In addition, when suspended from the ceiling, they bring a unique and charming character to the room. With the help of just one pot, you can transform your entire home!
Rest assured, the maintenance of plants in inverted pots does not differ from that which we usually use for plants in standard pots.
A big advantage? With inverted pots, fertilizer can be mixed with water and plants can be watered by the sprinkler irrigation system. In other words, the water in these pots does not evaporate as quickly as in conventional pots, so the fertilizer it contains remains available to the plant for longer.
As an added bonus, upside down hanging pots can be used to grow almost any plant.
Planting upside Down: This new way of growing plants has become very popular!
From their experience, gardeners know well that it is not easy to grow a plant inside the house and it always remains lush. However, even the least experienced can begin this adventure. You still need to allow yourself time for regular maintenance of these houseplants!

Plant a Pothos upside down
A fabulous depolluting indoor plant that can reach 1 meter long, Pothos, also nicknamed “devil’s ivy”, always causes a sensation in a home with its heart-shaped leaves and its brilliant green. It needs a lot of light, without being directly exposed to the sun. To quickly turn your Pothos into a climbing plant, simply follow the steps outlined below.
First Stage
The first thing to do is to take a plastic pot and pass a thread, possibly nylon, through each hole found on the bottom. This way you can then hang it wherever you want. After tying the wires with knots, try to create a fairly large hole in the center of the vase base. Then, just below the rim of the pot, try making holes around the entire circumference.
Second Step
Next, add the soil to the pot. When you fill the pot more than halfway, carefully place the roots of the plant. Then cover the roots by adding soil to completely envelop them.
Third Step
Add a piece made from a burlap sack to the soil and insert wooden sticks into the holes you previously created along the edge of the vase. Thanks to the nylon threads, you can now hang the plant in a favorable and suitable environment so that it can flourish and grow peacefully.

How to water your climbing plant?
Watering is probably the easiest part. This task is easy and quick. To water your plant, simply insert the neck of a bottle into the hole you created in the center of the base of your plastic pot. In this way, the latter will act as a funnel from which you can water your Pothos in complete safety.
